Reimagining education for the leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
An after-school curriculum where kids aged 10 to 15 take on real-world problems, work across subjects, and build things that work.
By 2030, a good degree won't be enough.
The world will pay for what your child can ask, build and lead. Pramaan grows the three skills that make that possible: curiosity, ownership and confidence.
- Real-world projects that cut across science, maths, design and business
- Certified by Pramaan, with a holistic guide to where they go next
- A network of mentors and experts to guide them along the way
Pramaan is where 10 to 15 year olds learn to ask, build, lead and start.
An after-school curriculum of real-world, interdisciplinary projects, guided by mentors and experts, that grows the leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs India needs next.
Ask bold questions
Every lab opens with a puzzle. Children learn to ask their way into a problem, guess before they look, and chase the question nobody else thought of.
Build real things
Prototypes, models, campaigns and machines. Every project ends with something that works, tested, broken, rethought and built again.
Lead real teams
Roles rotate every week. Every child leads a team, presents its work to the room, and learns to bring people with them.
Start real ventures
They find problems worth solving, price them, pitch them and sell them. Thinking like a founder becomes second nature.
The Pramaan way
Everything a child needs to lead, invent and build, alongside the school they already go to.
Real-world problems, every session
Each lab starts from a problem worth solving, at the scale of India and the world, and ends with something built: a prototype, a pitch, a plan or a piece of writing.
See the projectsInterdisciplinary by design
One problem pulls in science, maths, design, language and economics at once, the way problems arrive in real life. Children learn to connect subjects, not just pass them.
How subjects connectLeaders, innovators and entrepreneurs
Children pitch, budget, sell, negotiate and lead teams of three to five. They learn to take an idea from a question to something people want.
Explore ownershipThe habits behind every top performer
Asking before answering, committing to a guess, reasoning from evidence and pivoting when a plan breaks. The same habits lift marks, and here they are practised on purpose.
Explore curiosityProgress you can measure
A real before and after on validated research instruments, a demo day where they present to you, and certification from Pramaan with a holistic guide and mentors for what comes next.
What you getWorks with every board
CBSE, ICSE, IB or state board: Pramaan adds to what your child's school already does. Nothing repeats the syllabus and nothing is graded.
How it fits inThe skills the builders of tomorrow need.
Grown on purpose, every session, through real projects.
Real problems don't come one subject at a time.
So a Pramaan project never does either. A single build can ask a child to measure like a scientist, price like a founder, design like an engineer and argue like a lawyer. Filter by subject, and open any project to see the question it starts with.
Build a bridge that holds
Paper, tape and a target load. Teams test, break and redesign until it holds, then explain why it held.
See the question they start with
How do you carry the most weight with the least paper?
What it grows: Confidence, curiosity
Pitch a product to a panel
Find a problem people would pay to solve, prototype the fix, price it, and pitch it to a panel of parents.
See the question they start with
What would someone actually pay for?
What it grows: Ownership, confidence
Feed a city of a crore
Plan a meal that is healthy, affordable and could be cooked ten million times a day.
See the question they start with
What does it take to feed ten million people well?
What it grows: Curiosity, ownership
Design for a hotter planet
Work out how heat moves, then design and test a way to keep a room cooler without power.
See the question they start with
Can you cool a room without electricity?
What it grows: Curiosity, confidence
Argue the future
Should AI grade exams? Teams gather evidence, argue both sides, then defend one position in front of the room.
See the question they start with
Who should decide what a good answer is?
What it grows: Confidence, ownership
Run a one-day venture
Start with a small budget, make something, sell it, then count the profit and the lessons.
See the question they start with
How do you turn a small budget into a profit?
What it grows: Ownership, confidence
Invent a sorting machine
Design a machine, from cardboard and rules, that sorts a mixed pile faster than a person can.
See the question they start with
Can a set of rules do the job better than you?
What it grows: Curiosity, confidence
Explain it on air
Pick a big idea from science or history, research it, and explain it in a three-minute podcast episode.
See the question they start with
Can you make a hard idea simple?
What it grows: Confidence, curiosity
Plan a city for 2050
Design a neighbourhood for 2050 that is cooler, greener and easier to move around, then defend the trade-offs.
See the question they start with
What should the city your children live in look like?
What it grows: Ownership, curiosity
Examples from the Pramaan curriculum. Every cohort's problems and builds are different.

The Pramaan Learning Blocks.
Our pedagogy is built block by block from what neuroscience and learning science now show about how children learn, and it keeps evolving, because how children learn and behave changes with every generation of screens and AI. Neuroscientist Matthias Gruber and colleagues at the University of California, Davis found that people remember far more when curiosity is switched on before they learn (Neuron, 2014). So every block switches something on before anything is taught.
1They play before they learn
Every lab opens with a game that has a rule hidden in it. Curiosity is switched on before a single question is asked.
Think of a card game where some moves are allowed and some are not, and nobody says why. Children have to ask their way to the rule. Curiosity is switched on before anything is taught, which is when memory works best.
See it inside a session →2They guess before they look
A number is hidden. They commit to a guess and say how sure they are, then test it with questions. Thinking before searching becomes a habit.
Every guess comes with a confidence number. Over the weeks children learn how sure they really are, and start checking before they trust an answer, including one from AI.
Try a guess-first round →3They argue with reasons
Claims are argued in pairs. Agreeing or disagreeing needs a reason, and the evidence, not the loudest voice, decides.
Pairs take opposite sides of a real question, like whether AI should grade exams, then swap sides halfway. They learn to understand an argument before they argue against it.
See it inside a session →4They build, pivot and keep going
A team build with a target. When it breaks, they rethink, pivot, explore another way and build again. That is where grit and confidence come from.
Each build has a target, like a paper bridge that must hold a load. When it fails, the team writes down what broke and changes one thing at a time. Failing becomes part of the plan, not the end of it.
See it inside a session →What only Pramaan brings.
Four things you will not find together anywhere else.
1Our own pedagogy
The Pramaan Learning Blocks: a method built from the neuroscience of how children learn now, and refined with every cohort.
Each block switches something on before anything is taught: a game, a guess, an argument or a build. After every cohort we look at what we measured and sharpen the blocks.
See a session, step by step →2Field guides from the real world
People who build, design and lead for a living work with children on strategic thinking, storytelling and creativity.
Designers, founders, engineers and storytellers join labs as field guides. They coach children on how to make a case, structure a pitch and tell the story of what they built, so the work lands with a real audience.
3A path beyond the lab
We connect children's best prototypes and ideas with the right programmes, competitions and forums to take them further.
When a child's idea is ready for more, we point them to the right next step: a competition, a programme or a forum where they can take it further, with a field guide to help them prepare.
4Growth you can see
Curiosity, ownership and confidence, each measured on a validated research instrument at the start, middle and end.
You see a real before and after, not just a certificate. Every measurement sits alongside what your child built and asked, in a holistic report you can keep.
What you get as a parent →A holistic snapshot of your child.
Every week you hear what your child built, the questions they asked, and what they tried and changed. At the start and the end of the cohort we measure curiosity, ownership and confidence with validated research instruments, so you see a real before and after.
We work until every child leaves curious, confident and ready to lead.

We work with schools across India. Grades 5 to 8, up to 20 learners in teams of three to five, run in person with your teacher in the room, in a zero period, homeroom or after school. Real-world, interdisciplinary projects every session, a measured before and after for every child, and certification from Pramaan with a holistic report mapped to the Holistic Progress Card.
Questions parents ask
Is this tuition?
No. Nothing in a lab is from the syllabus and nothing is graded. The habits a lab grows, asking, knowing what you know, building and pivoting, are the ones that also make marks.
Is Pramaan a school?
No. Pramaan is an after-school programme that adds to your child's school, whichever board it follows: CBSE, ICSE, IB or a state board.
How is this different from a coding or robotics class?
Those teach one tool. A Pramaan lab teaches what sits behind every tool: finding a problem worth solving, pulling in whatever subjects it needs, and leading a team to a working build.
Where and when are the labs?
Learner's Labs run across Bengaluru, after school and on weekends, and we bring Pramaan to schools across India. Tell us your city and area on WhatsApp and we send you the nearest option.
Who is in the room?
Our team runs every lab in person, with a second adult in every room, for a maximum of 20 children per cohort, in teams of three to five. Mentors and experts join to guide the projects.
What do children get at the end?
They present their work on demo day and graduate certified by Pramaan, with a measured before and after, a holistic guide to what comes next, and access to our network of mentors and experts.
We are not in Bengaluru. Can we join?
The free Learner's Lab cohorts are in Bengaluru. Schools anywhere in India can bring Pramaan in, and parents outside Bengaluru are welcome to write to us on WhatsApp; we will send you the dates of the next Learner's Lab in your city.
Do you photograph the children?
Not without your consent. On demo days children present what they built, and only with a parent's yes does a child's name or work appear anywhere we publish.
What does my child need to bring?
Nothing. We bring every material, and there is nothing to prepare before a lab.
